From Naples to Your Neighborhood
'GlenTideway started with one vision: to bring true Neapolitan pizza to London. The Rossi family opened our doors in 1985, with a little shop that was closely-held and managed, using recipes passed down for generations.
Our founder, Marco Rossi, mastered pizza craft on her visits across Italy, particularly under the tutelage of pizzaiolo experts in Naples, the homeland of pizza. After returning to the UK, she aspired to replicate the essence of authentic Italian pizza, sticking to age-old traditions and selecting only the best ingredients.
What originated as a quaint pizzeria seating just a dozen has expanded into a cherished neighborhood staple, yet our dedication to supreme quality and genuine taste remains unchanged. We continue to employ wood-fired ovens, freshly prepare our dough every day, and choose top-quality ingredients for our pizzas.
Even Today, 'GlenTideway' is still under the family's ownership, with the Rossi legacy now at the helm, energizing our devoted team. Though we have adopted some new techniques, the ethos of our bakery endures: to serve delightful, bona fide pizza that unites family and friends.
